The Second Chances program provides complimentary replacements for breakage or damage, while the Lifetime Warranty program allows for new frames at a standard fee for life. Additionally, full-priced KREWE readers, vanity, and blue light lenses are also eligible for these programs. If purchased from Sweet Ivy, simply send a picture of your receipt and broken glasses to KREWE for a replacement.

When Purchased from sweet ivy take a picture of your receipt and send it into KREWE with your broken glasses and you will receive a replacement pair
