At sweet ivy, we thoughtfully curate each piece with intention and care. As a family-owned boutique, we are truly grateful for your support and strive to provide a seamless, elevated shopping experience.
We understand that not every item is the perfect fit, and we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible.
Please review our guidelines below for both in-store and online purchases.
In-Store Returns
- Returns made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment
- Returns made within 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit
- After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted
Online Returns
- Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment
- Returns made within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit
- After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you find the perfect size or a similar style you’ll love through an exchange.
Holiday Returns
Items purchased during the holiday season may be returned for store credit through January 5.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories and hats
- Seasonal or holiday items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopsweetivy.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve this quickly.
Return Shipping
- A pre-paid USPS return label will be emailed to you—please print and kindly drop off the package within one week
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Processing Time
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Approved returns will be issued accordingly.

Login to your customer account on our website by going to orders —> Click the product you wish to return —> Select Request Return
