Hand wash with lukewarm water and a small amount of gentle detergent, minimize the amount of scrunching, and leave the item to soak for 15 minutes.
Gently rinse out the detergent, again being careful to agitate only gently.
Once all soap is gone, remove excess water from your garment by laying it to dry on a towel, rolling it up to gently squish out moisture.
